Where possible, we will utilise other members of the team. You will not lose any hours of cleaning due to absence.
How do I know that you are monitoring the cleaning?
Regular audits are carried out by our Area Manager, who not only checks the standards of cleaning but that all staff continue to be clear about their responsibilities and tasks, and delivers additional training if necessary.
