We want you to be absolutely delighted with our cleaning service! Please report any concerns to our office on 01474 632101 or email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the service. We will return and re-clean the area(s) of concern at no cost to you provided they are reported within 24 hours.

We hold comprehensive General Liability and Employer's Liability insurance, copies of which can be provided upon request. Our £5,000,000 Public Liability insurance includes accidental damage caused by our staff, provided any damage is reported to us within 24 hours of the service being carried out. Despite taking the utmost care when cleaning your home, accidents can happen! We therefore ask clients to remove or ask us not to touch any fragile, highly breakable, sentimental, monetary, valuable or irreplaceable items. Please let us know of any items that you would like us not to clean so that we can advise the cleaners.

Client satisfaction is essential to us and we regularly contact our clients to ask for their feedback. This is to help us provide you with the best possible service, address any concerns you may have and let us know what we are doing well. In addition, our management team will perform random spot checks periodically to ensure each clean is completed to our high standards and according to your requirements

All cleaning staff are Green Daisy Cleaning Services employees. They participate in the company’s training program, go through reference checks and receive the following benefits:

We provide microfibre cleaning cloths and work to a colour coded system to avoid cross contamination. Clean cloths will be used for every client. We can also provide (at an additional charge) all cleaning products (we love the Method range which not only cleans amazingly well but is also environmentally friendly and smells fantastic!).

We ask clients to provide their own vacuum cleaner and equipment to wash floors for hygiene reasons – please can you ensure that any cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and steam mops are in good working order and meet health and safety requirements.
